If you want to cancel your booked trip, we request that you inform Servicios Turisticos Centro America S.A. (Adrenalina Tours and Andamos Travel) as soon as possible. You can do this by telephone, by recorded delivery or by email.
In case of cancellation, the following costs have to be paid by the traveler, even if the cancellation is caused by coincidence or superior force.

The cancellation costs vary based on the time of cancellation. The right date of cancellation is estimated only by the date on which the company receives the cancellation. All amounts are indicated per person.
In case of cancellation the following costs will be calculated:

1. In case of cancellation more than 90 days before departure: the file costs (handling fee USD 200)
2. In case of cancellation between 90 and 60 days before departure: 20% of the travel amount
3. In case of cancellation between 60 and 32 days before departure: 75% of the travel amount plus the insurance premium
4. In case of cancellation within 31 days before departure and no-show (not present on the day of departure): 100% of the travel amount.

All costs, caused by changes in the file after signing the voucher, are on the account of the traveler.

TECHNICAL PRINCIPLES

• A guide can not handle more than ten people per tour.
• Every driver-guides dominate at least Spanish and English.
• The guides are due to ensure safety for tourists aware of the dangers of any tour.
• The guides are able to answer questions from tourists by their knowledge of their region.
• In areas where possible and required, hires local guides.
• Where possible, hire local guides who know two languages (Spanish and English). Otherwise, the driver must participate in the tour translating the explanations given by the local guide.
• Drivers ensure the safety of tourists driving with the greatest caution.
• The pilots managed vehicles necessarily in good condition.
• The service provided is door to door.
• Vehicles not exceeding three thousand kilometers or three months without getting a lesser service.
